About Mari Wines

She was born in Maui, moved to the East Bay at age 11. She has lived in Clayton, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, and Oakland. Mari is thoroughly process-oriented, giving her the ability to bring visions to life. This is beneficial to all those who surround her, including colleagues, family, and friends. With a strong marketing background, she has helped several local small businesses build their brands and marketing plans.

 

She quickly develops a comprehensive understanding of any process and how it should best be executed, not missing a detail! This is reflected in her work throughout every transaction. All that executing sure is exhausting, which is why Mari takes vacations very seriously. She has mastered relaxation through adventure, hiking, traveling the world, and, of course, bi-yearly trips home to Maui. She has better local tips than anyone out there! 

 

Countries she has visited: Thailand, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Mexico, Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Costa Rica, and South Africa. 

 

Professional Background: Mari’s career started before she even graduated college, where she was an Account Manager for L’Oreal, responsible for managing 12 key accounts worth $4.1M in annual sales. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. From there, she moved on to be the International Brand Manager for Cytosport (Muscle Milk), where she managed marketing, sales, and regulatory compliance functions for all projects in 46 countries. On a drive to Tahoe, Mari was giving her childhood friend, who happened to be a Real Estate Agent, marketing advice for her Real Estate business. The discussion led to Mari giving her two weeks' notice at her corporate marketing job the following Monday. Together, the team built E3 Realty & Loans along with a huge Bay Area following. Mari has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for almost four years, and let’s just say her clients are happy she made the switch! 

 

Role at E3: Founder, Real Estate Agent. With an extensive marketing background, Mari manages all of our marketing and branding. It is rare to find anyone in the industry with this strong a marketing background, which means we can market your home better than our competition can. We have the numbers to prove it! 

 

Future Goals: Mari will be a first or second-grade teacher once she retires, writes a book, and lives part-time in Maui.

 

Community Involvement: Volunteer at Monument Crisis Center, Animal Foster for S.P.A.R. and Kitty911, Adopt-A-Family Christmas Deliverer – 16 years in a row and going strong!
