About Nick Smith

He has been a resident of the East Bay all his life and knows the area like the back of his hand. Whether you are looking for a starter home or your dream home, he can help you every step of the way. He has been in the real estate industry since 2010. He had a passion to get into the industry after buying and selling his home, and not understanding the process. He wanted to be the type of agent who was transparent with his clients by educating them about the process and ensuring their understanding from start to finish. When Nick isn’t with clients, you can find him spending time with his wife and three kids. He has coached all of his kids in baseball, softball, and soccer throughout the years, from ages four to high school. Prior to having kids, he was a coach in Contra Costa for five years. Nick also spends time in the community; he has served on many boards, including Antioch Little League, and supports many local causes. Nick is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
